The ever growing importance of the captivity breeding of certain
marine species has generated a much more careful study of nutrition
in the so-called fish farms. This fact has brought about certain studies referring to the addition
of additives, flavoring in the most part, whose objective is to act
as bait in order to make the nutrition of these species more regular.
