Broth is a flavouring product used to prepare soups, clear soups or
other foods. Normally, it is presented in tablets that weigh about 9-10 grs. These
products are sold normally in units of two. The most commonly used flavour may vary depending on the country or
the
season of the year. The most consumed products are: -Chicken and meat (Europe and USA). -Lamb (Africa and Asia). -Fish (Asia) -Etc... Eventhough the most common presentation of broth is in the form of
tablets, it can also be found in powder. Powdered broth is most
commonly used in the restaurant industry. Broth should or should not contain natural extracts of the product

also supply others in different form, with other flavours that adjust
to the local legislations, etc. In order to evaluate the quality of the products, we recommend
verifying the following characteristics: -Smell and taste stability under cooking for 15 minutes. -Identifying the corresponding taste. In these products, the type of
smell-taste that constitute the product could be different: a.The concrete smell of the product (chicken, fish, etc...) b.The spiced taste, normally adjusted according to the habit and/or
