Group Carinsa exposed yesterday its example in work schedule organization in the Conference on Time Reform organized by PIMEC Vallès Occidental, where more than ten small and medium-sized businesses participated. The Human Resources Manager, Miquel Navarro, explained the main characteristics of Carinsa’s work schedule policies, among which stand out the adaptation and flexibility of the employees’ schedule, the distribution of vacations and holidays or the personalized treatment in the extension of permissions, among others.
PIMEC Vallès Occidental organized this Day to influence the advantages and disadvantages about time rationalization from the companies’ perspective who are seeking the balance of private and work life and the optimization of working time. PIMEC insisted on the reform should be transversal in all sectors, but without losing sight of the SME needs and the services they offer. The promoter of the Time Reform, Fabián Mohedano, also participated in this Day.
