CARINSA has participated in VALUEWASTE Project for the reuse of organic waste

The VALUEWASTE project is based on the use of organic matter generated from organic waste from which different nutritional fractions have been extracted for application in food matrices. In this project, GRUPO CARINSA has participated in the development of new products with the proteins obtained within the project. This Project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovant programme under Grant Agreement Nº818312.
